Postage up to 3kg is $19.95

Bulky or heavy items may incur further charges so we will contact you to arrange additional payment prior to shipping. 

 

SHIPPING

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We use Australia Post to ship your purchases -

Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours.

You will receive an email confirmation from us when your order is shipped. It will include your unique Tracking ID. Customers can expect to receive their goods within 7 - 10 business days.

There may be instances when items purchased are sold out or unavailable on the day of purchase. When this happens, we will notify you within 48 hours to confirm when the product will be available.

CLICK & COLLECT

We also offer a click and collect service for people who wish to purchase online and then collect from our store at a later date. There is no cost to take advantage of this service, simply select ‘FREE pick up in-store’ at the checkout.
